What are your hours?
I understand that Real Estate is not a 9-5 job. You work when your clients are available, often evenings and weekends. I am available then too. I can always be reached by text / phone and email. 805-612-2502 Lestrada.tc@gmail.com
Do you know how to use our Software?
I am currently using Sky Slope, Dot Loop, Command, Paperless Pipeline and Transaction Room - I find that they are all pretty similar. I have a Docusign account that I use as well as other programs to streamline the process. I am paperless and will provide a disc for anyone who needs their files sent to them.
What can you do for us?
There is a list of basic services provided but I try to tailor my services to meet your needs. If you are interested, call me and we will discuss what you need and what I can do to help - besides the basic TC functions, I work hard to support your business as needed, I offer very individualized services.
